Autograph letter signed from John Wilkes, Princes' Court, to Mrs. Garrick [manuscript], 18th century December 22 Monday.

In the hurry of Parliamentary business and under the terrors of a political dissolution, he has not forgotten what she mentioned concerning her little island at Hampton. He has been with several men of the "Thames and Navigation Committee" to discuss the business. Recommends that she write to the leading member, William Hurford. The new water-bailiff is Wiliam Saxby. He encloses the late "Report of the Thames and Navigation Committee." Miss [Mary?] Wilkes desires very particular compliments.
